Needs Analysis & Configuration

Edusoft carries out an initial Needs Analysis in order to assess what delivery mode and configuration will best suit our customers’ requirements. A solution can be customized to take into account, among other factors, the infrastructure of each institution or national education system and the local language.

Integration

Operational & Technical Training

At the initial stage of each project, our customers are provided with technical and operational orientation as well as in-depth training on English Discoveries Online. Product training is an important part of our service and includes both face-to-face and online learning for teachers and supervisors.

Ongoing operational and technical training is also available depending on customers’ needs and changes made to the product from time to time.

Technical Support

First and second-line technical and operational support are offered for all English learning projects via both local providers and Edusoft’s Help Desk.

In addition, English Discoveries Online is equipped with an advanced Technical Alert System that automatically detects and predicts local technical issues if and when they arise.
