Following an extensive evaluation of online English language solutions across the globe, ETS selected Edusoft for the purpose of strategically expanding its market scope into the field of English language learning content. The acquisition demonstrates the value and effectiveness of Edusoft’s English language solutions and services.

Edusoft will continue to operate as an independent company, led by its existing management.
