Hernan Garber was appointed Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development in 2008 and oversees the company's strategic direction, new products and services development, alliances and new business initiatives.

Mr. Garber began his career at Edusoft as a junior programmer in 1994 and during his first few years with company he founded the company's Internet Department and trained other programmers in internet technologies.

Promoted to Internet Technologies Manager in 1998, Mr. Garber lead the initiative to create an online community of learners based on the successful English Discoveries CD series.

Appointed as CTO and Vice President of R&D in the year 2000, Mr. Garber was instrumental in leading the vision and technology of the company's flagship product, English Discoveries Online.

Mr. Garber earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and his B.A. in political science and management from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Garber was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina and currently resides in Netanya, Israel with his wife and three children.
