Rafi Moran was appointed President and CEO of Edusoft Ltd. in 2008. Mr. Moran began his career with Edusoft in 2000, as the company’s Sales Director, and led Edusoft's entry into the Asian market by succeeding to sell products and solutions in Japan, Thailand and Vietnam. Mr. Moran held the position of Vice President of Marketing from 2003 until 2007, and during that tenure was able shift the company's strategy from being product-oriented to focusing on providing online blended learning solutions.

Under his leadership, Edusoft succeeded to triple the sales in 2008 mainly by gaining several major projects in Spain, Honduras, Russia, Thailand and Colombia.

Mr. Moran plans to lead Edusoft towards fulfilling the company’s potential by investing in new developments and leveraging existing assets, which stem from converting the tools used and knowledge gained in large-scale projects, into a unique set of services, technological tools, and platforms.

Before joining Edusoft, Mr. Moran was the Sales and Marketing Director for Satec, an electrical power control company. From 1993 until 1995, Mr. Moran applied his knowledge in the aeronautic industry by serving as an Executive Consultant for international companies in the field of helicopter vibrations. From 1985 to 1992, Mr. Moran led R&D projects in the field of helicopter's mechanical systems.

Mr. Moran received a BSC degree in mechanical /aeronautical engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Moran was born in Tel Aviv, Israel and currently resides in the town of Yavne with his wife and three children.
