Tsachi Gal was appointed Vice President of Finance and CFO of Edusoft Ltd. in 2009. He brings with him over 15 years of experience in the field of finance.

In 1997, before joining Edusoft, Mr. Gal served as Corporate Controller of Degem Systems Ltd. In 1998, Mr. Gal managed the due diligence process through which Edusoft was sold to the Cinar Corporation. In 2002, Mr. Gal was appointed CFO of MainNet Communications Ltd., a global provider of turn-key solutions and services for the broadband power line communications (BPL/PLC) industry. Mr. Gal established the entire financial infrastructure of MainNet Communications, guided the company through the chapter 11 process and managed the reorganization process.

Mr. Gal is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and holds a BA in accounting and economics from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Mr. Gal was born in Jerusalem, Israel and currently resides in Tel Aviv with his wife and four children.
