English Plus is a full immersion, multimedia language learning program that includes Business English and English for everyday use. As well catering for individual learning styles, the program tracks student progress and maintains a test score database. English Plus contains over 1000 learning hours, and is comprised of twelve CD-ROMs, available separately, or as a complete set. The learning content is divided into five major levels. The student gets extensive practice in all five major skills areas: reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Reading strategies focus on key words, connectives and reference words as well as reading comprehension.
The rich multimedia video and audio capability of English Plus enables learners to improve their speaking and listening skills in a variety of formats, including real life dialogues, situations tests and quizzes. Learners are also exposed to the cultures of various English speaking countries as well as different English accents. English Plus contains its own database of over 3,500 lexical items.
