Content

The Hotelier is a fully interactive program with over 230 hours of rich multimedia content. With over 100 model dialogues, over 400 practice exercises, and 1,000 vocabulary items, the course enables students to totally immerse themselves in a professional English-speaking environment.

The Hotelier focuses on teaching you specific situational and functional language to improve the way you communicate with others in your professional life. A wide selection of expressions is presented for you to choose from as there is never only one correct way to say something.

In the program's video and audio clips, you can hear a mixture of British and American English to reflect the reality of English speakers you will meet in hotel life. The texts you read have been written using standard British English spelling to prevent confusion, although both British English and American English terminology are included.

Differences between British and American usage are pointed out in the comprehensive glossary.
