Edusoft is pleased to announce the recent signing of an agreement with the Honduran Committee of Sciences and Technology (COHCIT). The joint project provides schools across Honduras with a learning solution that enables students to improve their English. The schools will use a specially designed teaching program, based on Edusoft’s English Discoveries Online product.
The project also uses the English Discoveries Online Central Management System (CMS). This is a comprehensive tool designed to allow language learning professionals to review the progress of Edusoft’s courses across multiple locations. The CMS enables administrators to view progress and participation reports as well as compare schools, grades and class performance.
Teacher Training seminars are being held across Honduras for school teachers who will be using the solution. Thus far, over 200 teachers have attended customized seminars designed to familiarize them with pedagogical methodologies and strategies.
“We are honored that Edusoft was once again chosen to collaborate with the Ministry of Education of Honduras in developing the English language learning programs for high schools in the coming years. Our work on two successful projects over the last three years with the ministry has granted us a proven track record which served as the basis for the current project.”
